Shipping & Delivery

Where your package begins

Your order starts its journey at one of our manufacturing partners, with facilities in Vietnam, China, Korea, and other regions. Because items ship directly from these production sites, the package is on an international route right from the start. This approach helps us keep our selection distinctive, though it means transit can sometimes stretch beyond 10 days.

What you'll pay for delivery

Shipping costs are tied to your order total, not your location. Spend over $59, and standard delivery is on us—whether you're in the United States or anywhere else internationally. If your cart falls under $59, a flat $5.99 fee is added at checkout. There are no separate rate tables or regional surcharges beyond this simple split.

When your package should arrive

There's a preparation phase of 2 to 5 business days that begins the moment you place your order. During this window, we handle processing, quality checks, and packing. After that, the carrier takes over. For addresses in the United States, the typical in-transit period is 7 to 20 business days. For all other destinations, the delivery window is generally 10 to 25 business days. The total time you'll wait is the sum of those two stages.

What to do if it's taking too long

Most delays trace back to one of two things: an address entered incorrectly or incompletely at checkout, or a customs clearance hold-up. If your package still hasn't shown up by the 30-day mark from the date you placed the order, you need to contact our Customer Support team within that same 30-day window. Reaching out promptly lets us investigate and figure out the next steps.

Why things might be slower right now

Global shipping networks are still under pressure. The ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic continues to slow down carriers worldwide, which means extended transit times are a reality across most routes. We're grateful for your patience as these persistent logistical challenges get sorted out.
